Happiness is something that many people looking, but there are many people who have a less happy life. Happy it's easy to get if we can accept what is. 1. Break
 adequate rest is very necessary to refresh the body and mind so that later we can come back refreshed and freeze. Rest you can do with sleep because sleep is the perfect thing in the break.
2. Negative thinking
Negative thinking can cause stress because we are only guessing, and it will only add to the burden of our minds. So avoid negative brain load thinking so we will be lighter.
3. Positive thinking
A useful way of thinking is to think positive because positive thinking will not cause conflicts in the brain so that it will prevent us from stress.
4. Listening to music
Many people entertain themselves by listening to music or singing her favorite song merry. It will also make the brain freeze and existing load would be lost. This method is very good to do.
5. Do a hobby?
